  • Where is the store based?

    Calgary, Canada

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We ship worldwide.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Please allow for 1-2 weeks if shipping within Canada or 2-3 weeks if shipping to the United States. These shipping times are very loose guidelines set by Canada Post. Pretty on Paper Designs is not responsible for any delays or fees (duty, taxes, etc) due to clearing customs.

  • What paper is my product printed on?

    All products are professionally printed on high-quality paper with premium inks.

    Wall art is printed on 80-pound glossy poster paper (unless requested otherwise)

    Invitations and announcements can be printed on photo or (65-pound or 100-pound) cardstock paper

    Party printables vary - I can print onto adhesive labels, (varying weights of) cardstock paper, glossy poster paper, etc.

  • What can be customized on my product?

    Everything! Colors, formatting, text, graphics.

    - Pick from millions of colors so your product matches your room/theme

    - Add the text YOU want

    - Like the format of one design, but want the graphic from another? No problem! I have thousands of graphics to choose from (most of which are not featured on designs in my shop)

  • What sizes do you offer?

    Most of our products are set to standard sizes, however all product sizes can be customized. Please contact me for more information.

    Standard sizes for wall art prints:
    8"x10", 11"x14"

    Standard sizes for invitations/announcements:
    4"x6", 5"x7"

    Standard sizes for party printables:
    Favor tags: Varies
    Water bottle labels: Varies
    Juice box wraps: Varies

  • How much do you charge for a re-print?

    $2.00 per wall art print (plus shipping, if applicable)

    Re-print fees vary for invitations/announcements and party printables. Please contact me for more information.

  • How can I save on shipping?

    Unfortunately, shipping rates are on the rise and in order to ensure that your products arrive in the condition they left in I need to send them in a mailing tube (which costs more than a standard envelope). Even then, my rates are some of the lowest in Canada and I aim to keep it that way as long as I am able.

    There are two ways to save:

    1. You can opt out of insurance/tracking. This can save you up to $8 on shipping! However, in the event that your parcel is lost, Pretty on Paper Designs is not responsible.

    2. You can opt for a digital file instead. We will e-mail you a high-resolution file in PDF format with instructions for printing and trimming. You can print at most print centres (Staples, Kinkos, etc) for as low as ~$1 per print!

  • What is all included in my shipping fee?

    The shipping cost itself, any taxes, any supplies (mailing tube, shipping labels, ink to print the labels), gasoline/travel time to post office. It also includes insurance and tracking.

  • Do you ever have sales?

    Yes! I often offer 50% off discounts to Facebook fans.

    You will also qualify for 20% off all future orders once you have purchased from our shop.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?
